Rapid Prototyping services using the EOSINT P 360 rapid prototyping system, Germany, which, is based on the Laser Sintering Technology (SLS).

Laser Sintering provides rapid prototypes that are the working representations of the most complex designs. Laser Sintered prototypes can be subjected to functional testing in the most harsh environment.

With SLS prototyping, Engineers have a superior tool for communicating their designs in just few hours. This means that any flaws can be detected and corrected even under the most aggressive Time to Market Schedules.

Laser Cusing
 

Fusion of single-component metallic powder materials.

This method allows the layer-by-layer construction of components from almost all metallic materials (e.g. stainless steel and hot work steel powders).

Metallic powder is hereby fully fused layer for layer to produce a 100% component density.

3D material erosion with a laser.

The software developed by CONCEPT Laser is unique in the world and allows not only deep engraving but also a true 3D engraving on free style form surfaces.

Laser marking.

Marks and inscriptions can be applied to a wide variety of metals and plastics by laser.
