Our Tool Room has developed over 3500 precision molds for Plastics and Aluminium Die casting with cutting edge accuracy.

G Plast knowledge combined with experience supports customers from concept through rapid prototyping, tooling and pre-production stages as well as into full-scale manufacturing. We have expertise in making Hot runner molds, Auto unscrew molds; Hot and Cold chamber dies.

Tool Room facility includes 5-Axis Hermle, Makino CNC High Speed Milling Machine (Max 65S), Mikron CNC Milling machine (51-D), Charmilles Wire EDM (Robofill), EDM (Roboform) and EDM Drilling machines, Reis-Die Spotting.

Special Features
Hardened Inserts Machining: Makino Max 65 S is used for High speed milling of hardened inserts using programs generated in FFCAM.

Tool Steel
Assab (swedon), PCK Buderus make steels are used to ensure Life of the Tools.

Reasonable time
The unique team spirit makes it an easy target to meet the commitments in reasonable lead-time. Normal lead-time for medium sized mold is 8 - 10 weeks, without any compromise on Quality.
Special projects in Soft Tools undertaken were completed within 2 - 4 weeks.
