Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager - Vendor Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new toolroom vendors.

• Manage RFQs, cost negotiations, and tooling procurement.

• Track mould/die development, conduct reviews, and ensure timely T0/T1/T2 trials.

• Resolve tooling issues and ensure supplier quality compliance.

• Support new product development (APQP/PPAP).

• Maintain vendor performance scorecards and drive cost/lead-time improvements.

Skills Required:

• Ability to read 2D/3D drawings & GD&T.

• Vendor negotiation, audit, and project management skills.

Skills Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of Injection Moulding tools, HPDC dies, machining, EDM/Wirecut, CNC.

• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, 8D.
