Mold history card for each of customer's mold, which records the details of production taken and maintenance done on the mold. A systematic preventive maintenance to ensure the long life of the mold.
Mould Hospital
(Breakdown Maintenance)
To keep the mold down time to negligible level, breakdown maintenance is carried out. We detect, analyse and take corrective action to assure superior performance of the molds.
Machine Hospital
(Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance)
Experienced maintenance technicians ensure effective operation of the machines in all the departments through systematic preventive and break down maintenance procedures.
