ROLES & RESPONSIBLITIES:

1.Tool Design of Aluminium high pressure die casting dies.(Core & cavity spliting & design of pressure die casting tool in full

2.Tool Design of Machining Fixtures/Trimming tools/Gauges

3.Part Drawing Interpretation

4.Casting & Machining trial co ordination

5.Problem solving

REQUIRED SKILL:

1.Software knowledge in CREO software(core and cavity spliting,Mold base creation in 3D and detailing)

2.Software knowledge in Auto CAD(for detailing of tool drawing)

3.Exposture in mold flow analysis software(Magma/Cast designer) analysis results interpretation

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:

1.Exposture in Aluminium high pressure die casting

2.Knowledge in GD & T.
