Tool Room
- CAD, 3D Simulation (Moldex 3D), CAM
- Hurco 5 Axis, Makino 3 Axis VMC’s , Charmiles EDM & WEDM
- Tooling capacity Ranging from 25T to 550T
- Can handle six to seven Tools per month including Soft Tools
- The company has the capacity to manufacture 80-100 tools per annum
Injection Moulding
- Engel, Arburg, Fanuc, Demag and Negribossi make machines
- Includes all electric and one vertical Injection m/c
- Total 25+ Machines
- Facility Equipped with Robots , Oil Heaters, Pulse Cooling etc.,
- G-plast handle materials including PEI, PPS, PEEK,ABS,PP,POM.etc,
