Machine Operator - Plastic Injection Moulding

• Operate injection moulding machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Ensure correct mould and material loading before production.

• Monitor machine parameters and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.

• Carry out basic start-up, operation, and shutdown of machines under supervision.

• Feed raw materials and monitor material usage.

• Maintain production records (cycle time, quantity, rejections).

• Inspect parts visually and with gauges to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Separate defective products and inform the supervisor for corrective action.

• Maintain cleanliness around machines and work area.

• Follow all safety guidelines, including PPE usage.

• Attention to detail for quality checks.

• Good physical stamina for standing and operating machines for long hours.

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
