We were the first in India to implement 3D Additive Manufacturing to successfully adopt Conformal cooling technology in our Tooling. Conformal Cooling is a method of manufacturing Metal Prototypes (Direct Metal Parts) for New Product Development & Batch parts production to save Time & Cost. This improves the overall critical to quality requirements of the Component offering considerable reduction in cooling time while enhancing product integrity, aesthetic and geometric requirements.

Our Four-decades of expertise in Tool Design and manufacturing is obvious from the fact that we've developed over 4,300 tools in-house. Utilizing the latest software for Design and flow analysis, we ensure precision at every stage of the process.

With CAM Programs for Machining Centres, our tool room is specialized in high precision, multi-cavity moulds, cold runner moulds, hot runner moulds, auto un-screwing moulds etc. G Plast Tool Room is equipped with zero-point clamping systems and work-holding accessories from Germany to reduce the set-up time and reduce the setting errors.

Our Tool Room operates with the state of the art machines like,

1. HERMLE & HAAS 5 Axis machine for die and mold manufacturing,
2. MAPLE 850A - 3 Axis milling machines,
3. SINO - Dedicated machine for Electrode manufacturing with Cimetron software
4. ZOLLER -Tool Pre-setter to feed the tool inputs to individual machines
5. MAKINO & CHARMILLES Spark EDM machines - To process Copper and Graphite electrodes,br /> 6. Electrode Extraction with CIMATRON software.
7. MITSUBISHI Wire EDM Machines - with Mill right cam software
8. MITSUBISHI Wire EDM Machines - with Mill right cam software PAROTEC- Smart Grip equipment - Online & Offline Work holding device to reduce the set-up time and reduce the setting errors.

GTTI which is part of our group is a Tool & Die-making institute based on German curriculum help us with hiring skilled man power is one of the big strengths for our Tool Room.

Tool Room has very well experienced tool makers to handle the final assembly, precision, finishing and validation of the Tools to required precision and perfection.

With a capacity of manufacturing 80-100 tools per annum, Tool room is equipped with a Storage area that follows FIFO wherein each grade has a color-coded board for identification.

G Plast's Die-Casting Unit caters to various leading Industries like Automotive, Aerospace, Healthcare, Electric Mobility, Textile, Engineering and Oil&Gas.

Our Aluminium Die-casting machine Capacities Range From 80T to 840 T including a 125T Frech Hot Chamber Machine to handle Zinc parts.

Our high-capacity Die Casting machines from Zitai, Buhler, Frech & HMT are supported with state-of-the-art Robots for Die Coat Spray & Part Extraction followed by Trimming Presses, Fettling,Tumbling, Shot blasting, Impregnation, Leak testing etc to cater to customer’s varied demands and requirements.

Also we have in-house facilities like Flow simulation analysis, Coordinate measuring machine,Spectrometer analysis, Millipore Testing, Hot water washing, Ultrasonic cleaning, for Die-cast parts.

We are also one of the first in India to successfully import and use
1. AVD (Aluminium Vacuum Dosing) system,
2. GISS (Gas Induced Slurry System) and
3. Rheocasting for enhancing the integrity, productivity and quality of Pressure Die castings.

CNC Machining at G-Plast accentuates the ethos of our passion towards achieving precision and accuracy. Our machine shop specializes in handling medium and high-volume parts with 4-axis Machining Centres and an array of CNC machines from Gedee Weiler who are also our group company manufacturing high precision CNC Turning and Turnmill centres.
